§ 8-142. Fee.

Latest version.

In accordance with R.S. 37:1367(E), 37:1368 and 37:1377, an annual fee of $50.00 shall be paid to the city in order to help defray the expense to the city of making inspections of plumbing work done within the city. The fee shall be due and payable on January 1 of each year, and the license required by the state plumbing law (R.S. 37:1361 et seq.) shall be provided to the appropriate personnel in the city at the time of payment of such fee.
