§ 8-143. Plumbing license deposit.

Each licensed plumbing contractor shall submit a $250.00 deposit to the inspections office. Contractors who maintain a valid license may leave the same deposit on file from year to year. This deposit shall be refundable upon withdrawal of the contractor's local license.
