§ 27-164. Terms of payment.

(a)

All bills under this division will be rendered monthly, and are due and payable on or before the tenth day of the following month.

(b)

Bills paid after the tenth day of the month following rendition of such bill will be charged a penalty equal to ten percent of the total amount of the bill.

(c)

Disconnection of water service to customers may be made by the city if satisfactory payment of a bill is not received by the city by the 20th day of the month following rendition of such bill.
