§ 23-12. Marches; parades; demonstrations.

(a)

All persons wanting to march, parade or demonstrate on public property shall complete and submit a registration form supplied by the city indicating the applicant's name and date and location of the march, parade or demonstration.

(b)

The registration form shall be submitted to the city clerk at least 72 hours prior to the commencement of the march, parade or demonstration.
