§ 8-157. Violations; penalties.

Any person who shall violate a provision of this article or the code adopted in this article, or who shall fail to comply with such provisions, or with any of the requirements thereof, shall be guilty of a violation of this Code and shall be penalized as set forth in section 1-10 and/or as provided by resolution adopted by the board of aldermen pursuant to section 8-2.
