§ 8-93. Records of permits and inspections; disposition of moneys collected.

The building official shall keep complete records of all permits issued, inspections made and other official work performed under the provisions of this division. All moneys received by the building official in his official capacity shall be delivered by the building official to the treasurer of the city, who shall give proper receipt therefor.
