§ 8-90. Building official—Engaging in business during tenure.

The building official or any assistant building official shall not engage in the private business of installing or maintaining electric wiring, devices and materials, either directly or indirectly, and shall not have a financial interest in any concern engaged in such business in the city at any time while holding the office of building official or assistant building official.
