§ 4-17. Board of commissioners.

The airport authority shall consist of a board of five commissioners, each of whom shall be a resident of the parish and shall be appointed by the mayor and board of aldermen. Such commissioners shall be appointed for five-year staggered terms, except where an appointment is made to fill an unexpired term resulting from a vacancy in office.
