§ 26-23. Responsibility for enforcement.

The chief of police shall be responsible for, and ensure that, the provisions of this chapter are enforced. All alleged violators of the provisions of this chapter shall be arrested or given a summons or ticket by the officer making the arrest, which summons or ticket shall be provided by the city.
