§ 21-18. Display of appliances.

(a)

It shall be unlawful to store or display outside, for commercial purposes, any used appliances, unless the appliances are enclosed on all boundary lines with a proper, suitable and substantial fence of not less than seven feet nor more than nine feet in height, and properly screening the enclosed area from public view. The fence shall be kept in a constant state of good repair, and no signs or other advertising matter of any kind or character shall be placed upon the fence.

(b)

For the purposes of this section, the term "appliance" means any major appliance, such as a refrigerator, freezer, range or any other similar machinery.
