§ 21-16. Dismantling of vehicles upon streets or public places.

It shall be unlawful for any person to wreck, dismantle or store, for commercial purposes, any motor-driven vehicle, automobile, truck, or iron or steel junk upon any public sidewalk, street and other public place within the city.
